Understanding Surface Chemistry at the Nano-level
My group is also dedicated towards understanding and interpreting bond formation processes, notably discerning the delicate molecular dynamics on silicon surfaces during bond formation. Along the way, many useful surface characteristics such as anti-biofouling and modulating surface wettability have been achieved and I am currently integrating such surface physicochemical features with many existing biological systems such as inducing differentiation of Stem Cells for example.
